Super Typhoon MAN-YI (a.k.a. PEPITO) raking Borlongan Beach in Dipaculao, Aurora Province in the Philippines. This is 15-20 minutes before the calm eye arrived. The air was filled with lethal flying debris. Most of the town’s residents were crammed safely into the designated concrete shelter buildings you see surrounding plaza.
