Record-breaking king tides created massive flooding in Marin County Friday morning. The National Weather service says the tides are the highest in the Bay Area in 28 years. Combined with recent rainfall, floodwaters saturated homes, city streets, and business parks across Marin County. Officials warned residents that more high tides are forecasted to hit overnight and tomorrow morning. | ABC7 News
